Renault UK’s Managing Director, Roland Bouchara, visited Ness Motors in Inverness and Elgin following the launch of New Laguna and just ahead of a series of major new car and van launches planned for 2008. On sale only for a matter of weeks, New Laguna is already proving popular with North motorists with Ness Motors one of the leading dealers for Laguna sales.

With the New Laguna, all Renault dealerships have introduced new technology and procedures to ensure that customers enjoy the flagship model throughout its life for both product and service quality. The developments mean that delivery of new cars and routine servicing are carried out more efficiently than ever.

For example, the cars are now presented to customers in a special handover appointment, and when a routine service is booked, special preparations are made in the workshop before the car arrives to reduce the time taken for work to be carried out.

Speaking on the day of his visit, Mr Bouchara commented: “Our dealers have a vital role to play in the launch of the Laguna and in the promise Renault makes to delivering customer satisfaction.”
